Dr. Harris Baden is a professor of pediatric cardiac critical care and a nationally recognized physician leader in efforts to optimize the healthcare experience for patients and clinicians. He co-founded and led the Pediatric Experience Collaborative, chaired the Beryl Institute's Physician Advisory Council, and was a nominee for the Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare National Caregiver of the Year. Dr. Baden focuses on the relational aspects of care to enhance enterprise effectiveness, efficiency, engagement, and compassion.

Leslie Redd
Co-founder & COO

Leslie Redd is a learning technology leader with deep experience in Go-To-Market & Enablement, Learning & Development, and Partner Management. Leslie has created, built, led, and scaled unforgettable learning & training experiences at C3 AI, Google Cloud, Launch Consulting Group, and Valve. She also was a co-founder and CEO of LearnBIG, an interactive, video-based training and education company. 

Erin Murray
Head of product

Erin Murray is a product and strategy leader whose work has spanned clinical research; healthcare survey strategy and workforce experience consulting for Advisory Board, Optum, and Press Ganey; and product development at Amazon. She is a certified AI product manager and holds an MBA with a focus on leadership development.

Karisa Eberly
Head of Customer Success

Karisa Eberly is a customer success strategist with deep experience in scaled content strategy, digital adoption, and program operations. Karisa has built, led, and scaled high-impact customer success and global education programs at Google and Looker, utilizing content to drive engagement for thousands of users. She also leveraged her background in curriculum design to develop virtual learning experiences and manage community partnerships for organizations like Teach For America and Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Mady is a tenured nurse leader and educator who believes that while technology changes how we work, it should never change how we care. With decades of executive experience as Chief Nursing Officer, SVP and Chief Clinical Officer, and COO, Mady has spent decades navigating the complexities of modern healthcare. She is dedicated to supporting clinicians by simplifying the demands of care delivery, allowing them to focus on their true priority: the patient. Drawing on her experience as an Associate Teaching Professor, she serves as a mentor and advocate, helping the next generation of nurses master difficult conversations and build the resilient, trust-based teams necessary to thrive in today’s landscape.
